The Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference Alumni Association, a group of Hands4Hope alumni and individuals interested in collaborating with Hands4Hope alumni, provides networking opportunities with Hands4Hope alumni, opportunities to get involved in exciting initiatives with the Hands4Hope community, and is a place in which we continue to embrace the Hands4Hope experience post-graduation. We believe that by staying together, we can continue to support each other and make a positive impact in our communities!
